We are a private third-party agency — not a government body, not an official ticketing portal, and not affiliated with Amtrak® or any rail operator. Consumers may also contact Amtrak® directly at amtrak.com.

3. Service Fees & Pricing Transparency

Our independent booking assistance service fee varies depending on your specific travel requirements, including:

• Travel dates & availability — Peak season and weekend travel may affect the assistance fee.
• Cabin selection — Standard coach, roomette, or bedroom cabin options are available at different price points.
• Vehicle type — Cars, SUVs, minivans, and motorcycles may have different transport fees.
• Number of passengers — Group bookings and senior travelers may qualify for special rates.

All applicable fees are clearly communicated to you by our agent before any payment is processed. There are no hidden charges. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to the fees disclosed during your call.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests for our booking assistance service must be submitted within 24 hours of the service being rendered. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Actual Auto Train ticket cancellations are subject to the rail operator's own policies. We recommend reviewing all cancellation terms before confirming any booking.
